Booking and Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • The deposit will be applied to the total service cost.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
    • 48+ hours before the appointment: Eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
    • Less than 48 hours before the appointment: Deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or late cancellations result in deposit forfeiture.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may result in a shortened or canceled service due to travel time constraints, with the deposit forfeited.

Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • If you experience an issue, contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up or consultation.
  • Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Client Preparation

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes for optimal results.
  • Avoid oil-based products around your eyes before the appointment.

Aftercare

  • Proper aftercare is essential for lash longevity.
  • Aftercare lash extensions instructions will be provided during your appointment.
  • We advise purchasing aftercare lash foam for at-home lash baths to ensure the best retention, but this is optional and entirely your decision. Aftercare products are available for purchase at your appointment.
  • Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may result in premature lash shedding, for which ParisLashCo. is not responsible.

Aftercare Instructions:

  • Avoid touching or rubbing your lashes.
  • Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours.
  • Clean your lashes gently with an oil-free cleanser.
  • Avoid using mascara on your lash extensions.
  • Sleep on your back to prevent lash damage.
  • Schedule regular touch-ups to maintain your lashes.

Patch Test

  • Patch tests are available upon request at least 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
  • Options:
    • Visit our location for a patch test at no additional charge.
    • Sign a waiver if opting to skip the patch test, acknowledging the risks involved.

Liability Release

  • I acknowledge the risks associated with lash extensions, including allergic reactions, irritation, or damage to natural lashes.
  • ParisLashCo., its technicians, contractors, and employees are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse reaction related to the service, including claims of negligence.
  • I assume all risks and agree not to pursue legal action against ParisLashCo. for any claims/ damages/ injuries or liabilities.
  • I understand it is my responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or concerns prior to the service.

Age Policy

  • Services are available for clients aged 13 and older.
  • Clients under 17 years must:
    • Have both the minor and a parent or guardian digitally sign the Terms & Conditions and Waiver Form before the service.
  • ParisLashCo. reserves the right to refuse service if consent requirements are not met.

Photography and Marketing

  • Photos may be taken for promotional purposes.
  • Inform us before the appointment if you do not consent to photo use.

Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made via invoices and EFTPOS. The remaining balance is due on the appointment day.

Air Conditioning Requirement for Lash Extensions

It is essential that the house where your lash extension service is performed has air conditioning (not just a fan). The temperature and humidity levels need to be properly controlled for optimal lash glue adhesion. If air conditioning is not available, the lash glue may become tacky or dry too quickly, leading to poor retention and potential issues with the application. By proceeding with the service, you acknowledge that failure to meet these conditions may affect the quality and longevity of your lash extensions.
